Our process

A clear direction.
A considered process.

From the first conversation to the finished work, each stage has a purpose. We agree on the priorities together and use them to guide decisions throughout the project.

Four stages

Know where we are.
And what comes next.

01

Understanding and direction

We get to know your business, audience and priorities. We agree on the purpose, scope, content needed and the stages ahead.

02

Structure and design

We organise the content and develop the visual direction, showing how it works across the key parts of your brand, website or shop.

03

Refinement and production

We refine the design, prepare the brand materials or develop the website or shop. For websites and shops, we also help with the domain, hosting and setup.

04

Checks and handover

We check the finished work and organise the files. For websites and shops, we also handle the launch and introduce you to the day-to-day management.

The first conversation

Start with
your business.

Tell us what you offer, who you want to reach and what you would like to create or change. Share your current website, brand materials or examples of work you like. Together, we identify what is needed to get started.

You can come to us without technical knowledge, a domain or hosting. We will help you choose the right setup and explain the process step by step.

If you have a particular deadline or budget, we factor it into the conversation about scope. Our proposal sets out what we will create and how it will work.

What we agree

A clear brief
before work begins.

  • Purpose and audience

What the project needs to communicate, who it is for and what it should help them do.

  • Scope and content

What we will create, the formats required and the content or files needed at the start.

  • Stages and schedule

The order of work, opportunities for review and a schedule based on the agreed scope.

  • Feedback

How we will collect feedback and who will bring it together on your side.

  • Handover

The final files and materials you will receive, and the guidance needed to use or manage them.

Reviewing the work

Feedback with
a shared purpose.

We discuss the design in the context of your brand, audience and real applications. We explain decisions about structure, typography and functionality, and identify what needs refinement.

Bringing feedback together helps us see the whole picture and plan the next stage. If your needs change, we revisit the scope and agree on how to proceed.

Working with us

Before we begin.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, the number of elements, the content available and the review stages. We agree on a schedule before work begins. If you have a particular date in mind, mention it in your first message.

Can you take on an urgent website project?

We assess urgent requests after a short conversation about the website, the content needed and your target date. Before work begins, we confirm what we can deliver and when it can go live.

How do reviews and revisions work?

We present the work at agreed stages and review it against the purpose of the project and how it will be used. We ask you to bring feedback together so we can assess it and plan the next steps. The review stages are set out in the project scope.

What will I receive at the end?

The materials agreed in the project scope, organised for continued use. For an identity, that means the relevant files and guidelines. For a website or shop, it also includes an introduction to managing it.

Next step

Tell us a little about your business and the project you have in mind. We will work out the scope and sequence that suit your needs.
