2. What the website is for

The website presents the agency’s services, selected projects and the way we work. It also provides a project brief form where you can tell us about a planned project and request a response.

Browsing the website and submitting a brief are free. The form does not process sales or payments. A brief is an enquiry: submitting it and receiving an acknowledgement do not constitute an order or a contract for the project. The scope, fee and delivery date are agreed separately.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser that supports HTML and CSS. JavaScript must be enabled to use all the features of the interactive brief. You need a working email address to receive a reply. The form’s security mechanism uses the technical cookie described in our cookie policy.

Keep your browser and operating system up to date and take steps to keep your device secure. Do not send hosting passwords, administration passwords or other login credentials in the brief.

4. Submitting a brief

Complete the required fields, read the information about data processing and select the submit button. Before submitting, you can correct your details or leave the form without sending it. The form submission service begins at your request when you select the submit button and ends when the form has processed the submission and displayed a confirmation or error message.

Provide the information needed to contact you and understand the project. Do not send unlawful content, content that infringes other people’s rights, malicious code or spam. Use the form for its intended purpose and do not attempt to disrupt the website.

The form may temporarily limit further submission attempts to prevent misuse. If an error occurs, wait for the period shown in the message or contact us another way. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that we will accept the project or be available for a particular date.

5. Availability and other ways to contact us

You can stop browsing at any time by closing the website. Updates or maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. If you cannot use the form, you can email us, use WhatsApp or call using the details on the contact page.

6. Reporting problems and making complaints

You can make a complaint about the website or form by email or post using the details in section 1. Describe the problem, approximately when it occurred and how we can contact you. Details of your device and browser may help us investigate, but you do not have to provide them for your complaint to be accepted.

We will investigate and respond to the email address you provide, or by another agreed method, without undue delay and within any time limits required by applicable law. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

7. Privacy and website materials

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data. Materials on the website, including projects in the portfolio, may be protected by copyright or trade mark rights. Displaying a project does not transfer any rights to use it; you may use materials only to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are available free of charge at this address. You can save or print them using your browser. We publish updates on this page; changes do not affect rights arising from earlier submissions or separately agreed contracts.
