Krämer Agency / Browser settings
Cookie
policy.
We use a security cookie to protect the form. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
Privacy policy1. Who is responsible for cookies
The cookies used on the Krämer Agency website are the responsibility of: Kordian Pacierpnik and Nathalie Krämer, trading as the civil law partnership Krämer Language Academy spółka cywilna, at ul. Fizylierów 20A, 04-497 Warszawa. Our privacy policy sets out our contact details and how we protect personal data.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store in your browser and read when you make a subsequent request. Other types of storage, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, can serve similar purposes. The rules also apply to those technologies, regardless of what they are called.
3. The form security cookie
The cookie is read by the server. It is not used for advertising, visitor statistics or tracking activity on other websites. It works alongside short-lived counters on the server.
3a. Optional AI adviser cookie
This cookie applies only to a conversation with the adviser, if the feature is available. Viewing the website or opening the panel does not create it.
Our server reads the cookie; it is not accessible to page scripts. It is not used for advertising or tracking across websites. It is necessary to secure a conversation you have chosen to start, so the exemption in Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law applies. It is not created before you start this service. Conversation content remains in the memory of the current page and is not saved in the cookie or persistent browser storage. Our privacy policy explains how messages are sent to OpenAI.
4. Consent and other technologies
We do not ask for consent to use this form security mechanism: it is necessary to provide the requested service securely. The exemption from the consent requirement is based on Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Website animations do not store markers in localStorage or sessionStorage. Visiting the website does not load an external chat service or video player.
The WordPress administration area is for authorised users and uses its own technical cookies for signing in and saving administration settings. These are not needed by visitors browsing the public website or submitting a brief.
5. How to delete or block cookies
Your browser’s privacy settings let you view the data stored by this website, delete cookies or block them from being stored. Blocking cookies may affect the security features of the form or optional adviser. You can contact us by email or your chosen messaging service instead.
We do not provide consent controls for analytics or marketing because the website does not use those tools. If we introduce them, we will update this information and provide a choice before activating any technology that requires consent.
6. Links to other services
Selecting a link to WhatsApp or a website featured in our portfolio takes you to an external service. It may use its own cookies under its own policies. Simply displaying a link on our website does not install those services’ cookies.
